This Prefeeder is suitable to feed sheets of corrugated board to the hopper of the top-printing converting machine. It takes one stack at a time from the customer floor conveyor, lifts, centres and inverts the stack, and feeds sheets to the infeed hopper in a continuous shingle. The remaining stacks can’t fall over because the stacks stabilize each other until the moment the lift separates the next stack for lifting. A top stabilizer combined with a length of infeed conveyor is included to ensure stability.
The telescopic conveyor can lift to enable operators access to the converting machine’s work area. Delaminated sheets can be removed from the Prefeeder at the end of the telescopic conveyor. 1 Waste sheet is removed automatically.
